Hey!

I'm so excited that you stopped by...here's the skinny on me and my journey to Lisa Cline Photography.

First, I'm a mom to two crazy amazing kiddos. One dances non-stop and is a force on the soccer field or golf course. The other is a tornado of hockey and lacrosse, keeping my stress level high as a goalie for both. I was born and raised in Minnesota and love the snow but hate the cold. I enjoy good food and great wine, paddleboarding, hiking, and spending every moment I can in the sun.

But, my passion is photography. I've been so very fortunate to have had a career behind the lens for the last 25+ years...from photojournalism posts throughout the Midwest to photographing for the MN House of Representatives to managing independent and retail portrait studios to photographing the Twins and Vikes for the Associated Press to a big deal corporate photography gig. Now I divide my time between Lisa Cline Photography and Dakota County Technical College as a Professor of Photography.

I am a Certified Professional Photographer through the Professional Photographers of America. What does that mean to you? Professional Photographers of America is the leading body for certifying imaging professionals. CPPs must complete a written examination, finish an image evaluation and adhere to a strict code of conduct. Certification must be renewed on a periodic basis, ensuring continued confidence in the professionalism of Certified Professional Photographers. As a client, you can feel confident in my artistic and technical competence. It is the designation of a true photographic professional. 

While the LCP studio is in Rosemount, MN, I would be more than happy to photograph you in your home or at one of your favorite locations.
